Deleting your account and dataDeleting everything SlackVault touches takes three separate actions, because the data is spread across services you control rather than sitting in one database we could wipe for you. Revoke the app in Slack, delete the archive from your Firebase project, then delete your SlackVault account. Once the archive is gone from Firebase it cannot be recovered.How it works

Revoke access in Slack Remove the SlackVault app from your workspace settings. This immediately stops any further data access.

Delete the archive in Firebase Your messages live in your own Firestore database. Delete the collections there, and remove stored files as well.

Delete your SlackVault account Use the danger zone in settings to remove the account record itself once the archive is gone.

What SlackVault does not do

Deletion is irreversible. Export anything you want to keep before starting.

Only you can delete the contents of your Firebase project; support cannot do it on your behalf.
